Nico began his real estate career as an Inside Sales Agent & Operations Manager for one of Santa Clarita's top producing teams, helping 38 families successfully achieve homeownership. Since becoming a licensed agent, he has personally closed 10 transactions bringing the total to 48 families served.

Specializing in first-time buyers, relocation (in and out of state), veterans, and new construction, Nico guides every client through the process with clarity, care, and open communication.
