With a background in Business and Marketing from Cal State LA and over two years of real estate experience, he brings a strategic mindset and a powerful mix of heart and hustle to every transaction.

Nico began his real estate career as an Inside Sales Agent (ISA) for one of Santa Clarita’s top-producing teams, helping 38 families successfully achieve homeownership. Since becoming a licensed agent, he has personally closed 8 transactions bringing the total to 46 families served.

Specializing in first-time buyers, relocation (in and out of state), veterans, and new construction, Nico guides every client through the process with clarity, care, and open communication. As a bilingual agent fluent in English and Tagalog, he is proud to serve diverse communities and make homeownership more accessible for all.
